CINCINNATI – Mike Albert Leasing, Inc. has launched a new Web site and operating system to enhance the company’s fleet management capabilities and effectiveness in services its clients. Automated efficiencies and improved workflow will reduce time spent on manual tasks. Additionally, the new system will provide Mike Albert and its customers with enhanced Web capabilities. Customers will be able to access critical information related to the management of their fleet. Automatic notifications will ensure that all-important information, such as vehicle order status and maintenance alerts, will be provided to their drivers in a timely manner. The company is also adding two new levels within its Customer Service Department. One level will take drivers’ calls to answer frequently asked questions. Mike Albert will also add an account manager level to act as the liaison between the customer, the area manager, and customer service.
