ST. LOUIS – Enterprise Fleet Services has added monthly invoicing to its online reporting solutions. The invoices, featuring consolidated billing information for the most current month, are designed to complement customer statements that include a complete account history. Monthly invoices will feature recurring charges, such as regular monthly lease payments for a company’s fleet of vehicles, as well as any non-recurring charges for current personal property taxes, license renewal fees, or other special fees or expenses. Enterprise Fleet Services will also now offer direct bank withdrawal for online invoices. This functionality allows customers to work with their local account manager to authorize Enterprise to debit their bank account monthly for the entire invoice or just for recurring charges. In addition to Enterprise’s online reporting systems that include viewing, printing, and downloading to an Excel file, monthly invoices can be sent either as an attachment or as customer notification to the primary fleet contact or other designated individual.
