COLUMBUS, OHIO – Safelite Solutions’ national contact centers in Columbus have passed an independent audit and fulfilled the requirements for ISO 9001 2000 certification on the first attempt. The Safelite Solutions contact centers provide third-party administration services to the property and casualty insurance industry, as well as the fleet industry. The internationally recognized ISO 9001 2000 standard, which is applicable to any manufacturing or service industry, was created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Its objective is to set international requirements for quality management systems and is considered a benchmark of excellence. Safelite Solutions has also implemented a new quality control system that will monitor and record 100 percent of the voice and keystroke activity of their customer service representatives. This electronic benchmarking is possible through a software system provided by Verint Systems Inc., a provider of analytic software-based solutions for communications interception, networked video security, and business intelligence.
