NORTHBROOK, IL — Donlen Corporation has named Rob Scaffidi director of Customer Integration, a position dedicated exclusively to ensuring seamless integration and account setup for every new Donlen customer. In this role, Scaffidi will work closely with new and existing clients to streamline the implementation process and develop customized training solutions for each account. Scaffidi has been the director of Customer Service for Donlen for the past four years. In his new role as the key touch-point for customers during integration, Scaffidi will coordinate with clients and Donlen account representatives to develop timetables, implement data and company policies, and manage communications. Through the expansion of training programs, Scaffidi will ensure customers are fully aware of how Donlen’s state-of-the-art tools and systems operate. In addition, Scaffidi is available to existing customers who have identified opportunities for further in-depth training and consultative support. Scaffidi, who has been in the fleet industry for 12 years, worked for three years as a fleet manager before coming to Donlen as a truck specialist in 1997. He moved to supervisor of Purchasing and later to manager of License & Title, before joining the Customer Service team as a manager.
