ST. LOUIS — Employees of Enterprise Fleet Services recently spent a Saturday painting and cleaning apartments and doing outside yard work to help spruce up residential facilities for the St. Vincent Home for Children in North County. . More than 25 employees participated in the “spring cleaning” project as members of the Enterprise Diversity Team, an ongoing company-wide initiative that is part of the company’s Jack Taylor Founding Values program. “Enterprise is a local company that enjoys giving back to the neighborhoods and communities that we call home,” said Bob Schurwan, assistant vice president for Enterprise Fleet Services. “Our employees’ team spirit is an important factor in driving their enthusiasm for community service projects of all kinds.” The St. Vincent Home strives to help children overcome the devastating effects of child abuse and other negative factors in their life and prepare to lead fulfilling and productive lives. Victims of child abuse and neglect are served through St. Vincent Home’s residential treatment program, while children with learning and/or emotional disorders are served through the special education program at St. Vincent School.
