RADCLIFFE, IA – Wells' Dairy, Inc., the company that makes Blue Bunny ice cream, frozen novelties, and fresh yogurt, has ordered six DriverMax units from Mirenco, Inc., and plans to install the technology on its entire Le Mars, Iowa, truck fleet in the near future to help reduce fuel consumption and emissions. The DriverMax technology is an automated fuel management system that matches fuel flow with fuel demand to allow an engine to operate as efficiently as possible. DriverMax was co-developed with the U.S. Department of Energy by the same team that designs missile guidance sys-tems.
