Wheels, Inc. announced on September 29 that it has been named to the InformationWeek 500, a listing of the most innovative users of information technology in the United States, for the fourth consecutive year. The InformationWeek 500 is a detailed source of industry-specific IT budget data. Using online and phone surveys, the research project gathered information directly from companies about how they approach and prioritize their IT investments. Criteria for being named to the list include innovative development, demonstration of best practices, and commitment to overall excellence in technology execution. "We have spent the last year developing a new technology platform and approach to how we deploy our resources, in parallel with our ongoing work for client-facing and internal applications," said Maribeth Anderson, director, project management office at Wheels, Inc. "We're very pleased to be recognized by the InformationWeek 500 for the work we've accomplished."
