Mark your calendar now to reserve this important Fleet date. The Michigan Chapter of NAFA, in conjunction with the Western Reserve and Tri-State Chapters, has designed a one-day seminar that will bring an entire year's worth of educational meetings to you. This seminar, taking place on October 21 in Toledo, Ohio, replaces the Michigan Chapter’s regular monthly meeting for September, October, and November. We will address topics important to both commercial and public fleets. Last year we provided most of our chapter's education in one all-day meeting. The response was so positive that we have repeated the format for 2004. In fact, the comments following last year's seminar were so encouraging that we were almost afraid not to provide a similar experience for 2004. If you are not one of the almost 100 people who attended the seminar in 2003, you will want to be certain to attend this year. Several of our speakers will be presenting at the national FMI or have already presented at national meetings. If you invest one day, you will certainly leave with ideas that will generate savings well beyond your investment. How can you afford not to attend? Here's what you will learn:
  • “How do you know your fleet is running well for your organization, and how do you send that message to Management” – Scott Pattullo, Wheels, Inc.
  • “Using Fleet services to reach Fleet and organizational goals” – Stephen Levine, Pfizer
  • “Best Practice Machine” – Larry Gelfund, Handleman
  • “Why implement a traffic safety program in the workplace?” – Dan Vartanian, Network of Employers for Traffic Safety ( NETS )

You won’t want to miss this follow-up to last year’s extremely beneficial seminar. Some reaction to past seminars:

  • “The content directly applies to my fleet”
  • “Very powerful”
  • “Excellent presenters – real world examples”
  • “Do it again! Content timely and relevant”

Watch your mail for the complete registration material. Attendance may be limited, so plan to sign up as soon as the forms arrive.
