Enterprise Fleet Services, which specializes in full-service fleet management for businesses with 15 to 125 vehicles, is responding to growing demand for bi-lingual services by expanding its Spanish language capabilities in its National Service Department. “Customer response has been excellent since we introduced bi-lingual capabilities in January 2003,” said Bob Schurwan, assistant vice president of Enterprise Fleet Operations. “In addition to being able to discuss service and other fleet issues in Spanish for customers, having bi-lingual capabilities enhances Enterprise’s ability to communicate with automotive service repair shops in predominately Spanish-speaking communities.” Enterprise currently has 46 full-service offices nationwide, with approximately 15 percent located in states with large Hispanic populations, including Arizona, Florida, Southern California, and Texas, as well as cities such as Chicago and New York.
