PHH Arval announced that for the second year in a row, it was chosen a finalist for “Best Customer Service Team” by The American Business Awards. The team being judged was the Strategic Business Services team, which specializes in consulting services to PHH clients. Hailed as “the business world’s own Oscars” by the New York Post, The American Business Awards are a national, all-encompassing business awards program honoring performance in the workplace. PHH’s Strategic Business Services (SBS) team delivers analysis and consultation that helps clients operate fleets at peak levels. Using “Big 5” consulting methodology and proprietary financial models, the SBS team assists PHH clients with benchmarking to compare to best practices, cost analyses to identify savings opportunities, and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and productivity. Since the team was created in 1993, it has identified more than $200 million in savings for PHH clients.
