Enterprise Fleet Services, a fleet management company for businesses with 15 to 125 vehicles, was selected on April 14 as a “finalist” for “Best Customer Service Organization” by the 2004 American Business Awards. The American Business Awards — nicknamed “The Stevies” from the Greek word meaning “crowned” — honors performance in the workplace in several categories. Enterprise was recognized for “Driving Customer Satisfaction” by enhancing its Web site to be more e-commerce driven, making it faster and easier for customers to reach a service technician or customer service representative without using voicemail, and improving systems and operations to ensure increased coverage during peak hours at the National Service Department, including adding Spanish language capabilities.
