PHH Arval, a provider of collision management services, announced on March 11 that it has made major enhancements to its Vehicle Accident Services information system to enable greater customization, detail and control over the accident process.

The enhancements include:

  • Automated adherence to client policies.
  • Additional inputs for data and accident detail to facilitate reporting, analysis, investigation, and subrogation capabilities.
  • Tracking of rental and vehicle downtime.
  • Ability to obtain police reports upon request from clients.

    According to David Zuidema, vice president, Vehicle Accident Services, “PHH has a system for collecting, analyzing, and reporting information related to vehicle accidents. With these enhancements, PHH has added depth, control, and usefulness to the data.”
