Don Knopfel, fleet manager for the Allegheny County Airport Authority, will bid for a sixth term for city council in Plum, a borough of Pittsburgh. According to a report in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Knopfel defeated two other challengers for the Democratic seat in this year’s primary election.
