Ken Jacobs, former chief operating officer of Defender Fleet Services, has started a new claims consulting company called Target Claims Management Services.
“I will be doing what I know best, which is reviewing risk, claims, and safety management programs (or lack thereof) for corporate clients and insurance carriers, with an emphasis on subrogation and salvage recovery, especially from ‘dead’ file reviews,” said Jacobs.
