GE Fleet Services recognized 10 customers in 2002 who demonstrated outstanding best practices in achieving fleet management productivity and implemented cost-saving fleet management decisions and policies. The 10 award winners were announced at Fleet 2002, an annual conference held by GE Fleet Services for its fleet clients and suppliers. More than 320 customers, suppliers and manufacturers at-tended GE Fleet Services’ sixth annual conference held July 31-Aug. 1, 2002 in Minneapolis. This year’s winners were:

  • Ace Hardware - Mike Lyons, director of transportation.
  • Advance Stores - Vic Stewart, assistant vice president, corporate services.
  • AT&T Broadband - Kelli Burris, fleet procurement manager; Brandon Morris, fleet administrator.
  • Cable One, Inc. - Kelvin Smith, vice president, engineering.
  • Ecolab - Steve Kolkind, fleet manager.
  • Honeywell - Shelly Lofgren, fleet manager, North America.
  • Lorillard Tobacco Co. - Jim Anselmi, director, fleet operations & travel.
  • Sun Chemical Corporation - Susan O’Rourke, director, purchasing services & logistics.
  • The Gillette Company - Paula Antonelli, fleet manager.
  • UNICCO - Peter Belloli, quality insurance program and fleet manager.
