GE Capital Fleet Services was awarded the 2001 Honeywell Global Business Service Customer Satisfaction Survey Silver Star Performance Award for fleet operations. More than 280 Honeywell drivers responded to a survey sent out by Honeywell specific to their relationship with GE Capital Fleet Services. Survey included driver satisfaction ratings on responsiveness, reliability, accessibility, technical/interpersonal skills, and usability. GE Capital received a score of 4.1 based on a 5-point scale. This award program is tied to Honeywell’s corporate goal to “Focus Relentlessly on Satisfying Customers.” GE Capital will be working with Honeywell using Six Sigma processes to maximize customer satisfaction and identify breakthrough improvement opportunities. Honeywell is a 5,700-unit fleet that outsources its total fleet management to GE Capital Fleet Services.
