As part of its aggressive plan to grow its fleet service, Yokohama Tire Corp. has entered into an agreement with Petro Stopping Centers for the sale and distribution of Yokohama brand commercial tires. Yokohama commercial truck tires are now available in all 36 Petro corporate locations and will soon be available in various franchise locations next year. Additionally, Petro will service all Yokohama national accounts, giving fleets access to Yokohama tires and Petro service immediately. Petro Vice President of Petro: Lube Operations Dave Latimer said that the partnership aims to provide convenience to thousands of truck drivers by making the product available at more interstate locations, through the Petro Network, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
