ATLANTA --- Trilby Lundberg, publisher of the Lundberg Survey, told CNN that drivers should expect gasoline prices to climb 5 to 10 cents a gallon soon because of rising crude oil prices. The Lundberg Survey monitors gasoline prices at about 5,000 stations. "High crude oil prices have replaced refinery problems as the big gasoline price-change factor," Lundberg told CNN. She predicted a 5-cent to 10-cent per gallon price hike was on the way.
