NEW YORK CITY—Donlen was recently named a finalist in the “Most Innovative Company” category in The 2007 American Business Awards.

Hailed as “the business world’s Oscars,” The American Business Awards are the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business.

Donlen Corporation entered its CARE – Customer Activity Request Engine – in the awards competition. CARE is a Web-based tool that enables Donlen to be more responsive to its customers and institutionalize learning to improve the performance of the organization.

Donlen uses CARE to manage approximately 6,000 customer contacts each month via inbound calls, emails, and direct interactions. Stevie Award winners will be announced during the annual gala on Monday, June 11 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. More than 700 executives from across the country are expected to attend. The ceremonies will be videocast on the Internet and broadcast on radio, and hosted by Larry Wilmore of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.
