PHH Arval, a fleet management company based in Hunt Valley, MD, announced that Richard Pipenhagen has joined the company. He will be regional vice-president, Cornerstone West, where he will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts in the western U.S. He will relocate to Southern California. The company also announced that Bill McDade, senior vice-president of strategic partnerships, will retire on July 31, 2003. McDade decided to retire early in order to do some things he has always dreamed of doing, such as riding the length of Route 66 on his motorcycle.
