The National Association of Fleet Administrators' (NAFA) 2003 Fleet Management Institute (FMI) has added a new session entitled "Wartime and Fuel Prices: Why Huge Price Swings Will Continue and How Fleet Managers Can Surf the Waves" to the conference agenda. NAFA's FMI takes place May 4-7 in Philadelphia. Tom Kloza, chief oil analyst for Oil Price Information Service, will lead the session. Kloza will examine the global issues that will shape fuel prices in the coming year. The session will address topics such as budgeting for fuel costs in a volatile markets and what factors influence the U.S. markets.
