LeasePlan USA clients enrolled in the fleet management company’s FleetDesk program can now access service representatives 24 hours a day, seven days a week. FleetDesk is a driver-direct fleet policy administration program staffed by client service representatives who can answer questions both specific to the driver and regarding company policies and procedures. According to LeasePlan, FleetDesk service representatives regularly field questions such as when a driver is eligible for a new vehicle and when an insurance card will be delivered. Representatives also assist with maintenance and repair issues, license plate renewals, and state title changes. FleetDesk personnel also answer questions pertaining to the driver’s company fleet policy, such as rules governing personal use of the vehicle.
