PHH Arval announced the appointment of two new vice presidents to its business development team. They are Maureen A. O’Donnell, vice president and sales manager for the Western region, and Wesley K.Y. Kam, regional vice president for the Eastern region. O’Donnell joined PHH from Siebel Systems, a customer relationship management (CRM) com-pany, where she was a senior manager in business development. In the automotive industry, she has 20 years of experience with such companies as Ford Motor Co. and Automotive Resources International (ARI). In her new role with PHH, she is responsible for all business development activities in the Western region. Kam has 20 years of sales and management experience, mostly in the telecommunications industry, including five years of executive level international sales experience. He has worked for Verizon, IBM, and Teleglobe Communications, where he managed the offices in Japan and Korea. Kam graduated from the University of Hawaii with a B.A. in Finance.
