Subaru's 2020 Crosstrek and Crosstrek Hybrid will retail for $22,145 and $35,145 respectively when they arrive at dealer lots later this year, the company announced. Retail pricing increases $250 for the Crosstrek and $150 for the plug-in hybrid, which isn't available for fleets to order.

The Crosstrek adds a start-stop system and available collision detection system that automatically unlocks all doors if the vehicle is involved in a crash. Subaru has given the crossover an exterior styling update and made a few interior functionality changes.

The start-stop system will be standard for Crosstrek models with the continuously variable transmission (CVT) and Subaru's SI-DRIVE driver-selectable powertrain management system.

Trim grades include base, Premium, Limited, and Hybrid.
