ARI has received two 2019 Confirmit Achievement in Customer Excellence awards in the Voice of the Customer and B2B categories, the fleet management company announced.

The annual awards program recognizes businesses that seek to better understand the customer experience and apply that insight to enhance processes, procedures, and products, according to the company.

"We've made a concerted effort to amplify the voice of our customers across our entire organization to ensure our service-oriented culture continues to thrive and evolve," said Denise Wildish, ARI's senior vice president of service excellence.

Confirmit established the ACE awards in 2005 in six categories. ARI is a Holman Enterprises company.
