Infiniti is moving its headquarters away from Hong Kong and back to Japan, according to Reuters.

The move is expected to help the Infiniti, and parent company Nissan, to cut costs.

The move is also meant to help Nissan and Infiniti better align with the companywide strategy to electrify vehicles. The company's plan is for every premium model launched from 2021 and onward to be an EV or some sort of electric hybrid, Reuters reported.
