Fleet Financials and Automotive Fleet are now accepting nominations for the 2019 Fleet Executive of the Year award. The deadline for nominations is June 3. The award is sponsored by The CEI Group.

The Fleet Executive of the Year award was created to recognize exceptional leadership by managers who have a title of vice president or higher who may also have other responsibilities beyond fleet.

A panel of industry judges will evaluate criteria submissions including cost-saving initiatives, policy setting, creation of innovative programs, and cultivation of fleet manager training and management.

Please note, only two nominations are allowed per company.

The Edward J. Bobit Professional Fleet Manager of the Year and Fleet Executive of the Year awards will be announced at the 2019 AFLA conference, which will be held Sept. 16 to 18 at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona.

Last year, Mark Leuenberger, assistant VP of supply chain for Cox Enterprises, was named the 2018 Fleet Executive of the Year.

The winner of the Fleet Executive of the Year award will be profiled later this year.
