The 2018 Global Fleet Conference (pictured) was a two-day conference that featured 25 educational sessions, which were presented by 51 subject-matter experts in global fleet from 21 different countries.

Early-bird registration for the 2019 Global Fleet Conference in Miami, Florida, will end in one month, on May 2, 2019. The price for fleet managers and fleet suppliers who sign up prior to the deadline will receive a $100 discount.

After the early-bird deadline, registration for the conference will be $850 for fleet managers and $1,150 for fleet suppliers. The conference will be hosted June 4-6 at the Hilton Miami Downtown, click here to register for the conference.

Additional events are also available with RSVP, including a strategic planning meeting on the development of global fleet certification programs, which will be hosted on June 7, right after the final day of the conference. Hosted by NAFA and PARAR, this meeting will be a brainstorming meeting to discuss the feasibility of establishing a similar fleet certification program in other regional fleet markets around the world.

The Global Fleet Conference is designed exclusively for managers of the world’s largest multinational commercial fleets and suppliers servicing those fleets.

New to the conference this year is a half-day Deep-Dive symposium that will focus on subject-specific categories impacting global fleets, which will be held June 4, 2019. The “Global Fleet Deep Dive” will address topics that include dealing with safety, mobility, technology/productivity, and vocational fleets.

Other highlights of the upcoming conference will include case studies on how to successfully develop a global fleet safety program; best practices in developing global fleet acquisition strategy; how to make fleet an integral part of a global sustainability strategy; and a case study on transforming fleet to an integrated mobility management solutions.

The conference will feature in-depth regional market reports analyzing vehicle acquisition trends in European fleet management and an analysis of fleet markets in South America and Mexico.

The conference has sold out every year since its inception, so early registration is recommended. The annual conference alternates between Europe and North America.
