Uber launched a redesigned version of its fleet app for fleet owners in India, which is designed to help improve the management of vehicles and drivers in the country.

New features of the redesigned app include a live map to monitor driver safety, and a fleet performance feature that allows fleet owners to view fares, trips and quality metrics for the entire fleet, according to Uber. The updated app was built in partnership with fleet owners.

The app also includes a feature that allows managers to view details on all driver partner transactions such as weekly earnings, expenses and payouts. Fleet managers also have the ability to view driver pay statements, overall performance, and online trip activity.
