Nissan will offer a new 2019 Pathfinder model that allows buyers to add some customization that also provides a savings of up to $1,315 compared to a similarly equipped version of the three-row midsize SUV, Nissan has announced.
The Rock Creek package, which will be offered for $995 when the vehicle goes on sale in the spring, is available on the middle-grades SV and SL in front-wheel or all-wheel drive. It offers a choice of seven available exterior colors. The vehicle is also sold as S base and Platinum models.
The package also includes dark 18-inch wheels with 255/60R18 all-season tires; black mesh grille; black roof rails; black door handles and outside rearview mirrors; black front and rear fascia accents and license plate finisher; black molded overfenders and black model, grade and 4WD badges; and unique badging on the front doors.
Interior changes include two-tone seating surfaces and badging, high contrast stitching on seats, door, console lid and steering wheel and premium metallic interior trim.
Rock Creek models also offer a standard trailer tow hitch, harness, and splash guards that enable the vehicle to tow up to 6,000 pounds.
The Pathfinder's 3.5-liter V-6 engine and Xtronic CVT carries over. It makes 284 horsepower and 259 pound-feet of torque.
