Registrations in the Italian fleet market continued its several-month decline, falling 16.4% in November after posting declines of 15.7% and 33.8% in October and September, respectively, reports Dataforce.

The leading auto manufacturer regarding fleet registrations for the month was Fiat, which also held the No. 1 spot in 2017, according to Dataforce. This was followed by Volkswagen which saw a 37.8% growth on the month, which was driven by the strength of the T-Roc, Tiguan, and Polo. Meanwhile, Mercedes-Benz held the third place spot, which was followed by Peugeot in fourth place and Audi in fifth.

In the compact SUV segment, the Volkswagen Tiguan claimed the No. 1 spot, which saw a 29% growth, reported Dataforce. This was followed by the Jeep Compass, the Peugeot 3008, and the Toyota C-HR. Toyota also managed to rank at No. 10 with regards to fleet registrations in the month of November, due to the strength of the C-HR.

Meanwhile, in the true fleet market, Italy is now one of six countries where alternative fuels make up for more than 10% of registrations, reports Dataforce.
