Volvo's 2019 V60 midsize station wagon, which shares a platform with the S60, will retail for at least $39,895, including delivery fees, the automaker has announced. The vehicle is entering its second generation.

The base Momentum model is powered by a four-cylinder T5 engine that delivers peak 250 horsepower to a front-wheel drivetrain. Buyers can upgrade to the R-Design or Inscription trim grades, which retail for $44,895 and $50,395 respectively.

Momentum or R-Design models can be upgraded to the T6 powertrain, which adds all-wheel drive and a turbocharged and supercharged four-cylinder engine (316 hp). The Inscription model is only available with the T6.

Volvo hasn't said it would offer a plug-in hybrid variant of the vehicle.
