Kia Motors America is recalling an estimated 1,754 2019 Kia Forte compact cars equipped with LED headlights because they may have been manufactured with incorrect low beam aiming.

This situation could lead to reduced visibility for the driver, which increases the risk of a collision.

To fix the problem, Kia will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the headlight aiming and replace the headlights if necessary at no cost to owners.

The recall begins Nov. 30. Owners can reach Kia customer service at (800) 333-4542. Kia's number for this recall is SC171.
