Decisiv, Inc., a Service Relationship Management (SRM) solution provider, and MSTS, a global B2B payment and credit solutions provider, have announced a partnership and integration strategy to provide an end-to-end connected customer experience for the management of a fleet's service and repairs.
The partnership allows Decisiv to leverage MSTS' credit-as-a-service technology for its SRM platform to digitally manage estimate approvals and payments, according to the company.
"The combined solution will streamline the management of service and repair events from the moment the equipment enters a facility through completed repair to invoice, creating a more satisfying customer experience," said Mark Wasilko, Decisiv vice president of marketing and partnerships. "Together we have enhanced the value of the seamless experience the Decisiv SRM platform already delivers to dealers and service providers."
The integration between the systems will further streamline the service process. At the beginning of the service event, the system queries to validate credit and parts pricing for national accounts. At the end of the service event, the interface enables payment approval for estimates and automatically validates work performed against invoices. This results in decreasing billing errors and eliminating the manual task of matching estimates and invoices. After final authorization, invoices are processed for settlement.
MSTS has decades of experience managing major transport OEMs national account programs for its fleets, according to the company.
