Subaru has announced retail pricing for its Outback and Legacy for the 2019 model year.

The entry price of Subaru's Outback crossover will increase $450 while the entry Legacy midsize sedan will increase $350 for the 2019 model year as both models gain standard EyeSight driver assist technology and a new infotainment system with a 6.5-inch screen, Subaru has announced.

The base Outback will retail for $27,320 (including a $975 delivery fee). The Outback will again be available in four trims with two engine choices. The base Outback is powered by a 2.5-liter four cylinder Boxer engine (175 horsepower) that's paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Subaru also offers a 3.6-liter six-cylinder Boxer engine (256 hp) . All Subaru vehicles offer standard all-wheel drive. Trims include base, Premium, Limited, and Touring.

The base Legacy will retail for $23,430 (including an $885 delivery fee). It's also available in four trims with the same two engine choices as the Outback with a CVT as the sole transmission choice. Trims include base, Premium, Sport, and Limited.
