Registration in the German true fleet market declined 12% in May due to a drop in registrations on dealerships, auto manufacturers, and rental cars, according to a report from Dataforce.

Out of the top 10 registered, only the Škoda and Renault true fleet brands manged to increase their registration over May 2017, which was a strong month for the fleet market last year, according to Dataforce. In the top five, Volkswagen and Audi led the way in terms of vehicle registrations, and were followed by BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Škoda.

However, SUVs still performed well, and were able to increase growth by 1.3%; though no SUVs made it as one of the top 10 strongest selling brands.
