Holman Enterprises, which owns fleet management company ARI, has been named to the 2018 Best Places to Work in IT by IDG's Computerworld magazine, the Mount Laurel, N.J.-based company announced.

The list "honors organizations who foster a culture of innovation and offer their IT professionals an engaging work environment along with superior benefits and competitive compensation," according to a Holman release.

Holman Enterprises was commended for promoting transparent communication and supporting professional growth through opportunities to work on challenging projects using the latest technology. The company was also praised for its Partners in Excellence employee engagement program, Healthier at Holman wellness initiative, and commitment to employee development that includes full tuition reimbursement and Holman University, an in-house educational program.

Computerworld has been releasing its list since 1994.
