Donlen experts will participate in six educational sessions at the 2018 NAFA I&E later this month in Anaheim, California.

The educational sessions will cover topics including fleet management best practices and insights and actionable steps that fleet professionals can take to be ready for the latest trends in fleet, such as mobility.

As part of the International Fleet Academy (IFA) Fleet Mobility Pre-conference, John Korte, vice president of mobility business development, will present during this session about preparing for the impact that Mobility as a Service (MaaS) will have on the fleet industry.

  • Making Fleet Safety Part of Your Culture and Your Strategic Plan, April 24 at 10:30 a.m. in Room 210C

Tom Sloan, vice president of project management, and several customers will join this panel to explain how to build and execute a strategic safety plan.

  • The 'M' Word – Does Mobility Replace Fleet?, April 24 at 2 p.m. in Room 210C

At this session, John Korte, vice president of mobility business development, will weigh in on the anticipated effect mobility solutions such as ride hailing, car sharing, public transportation, and other mobility options will have on fleet as well as how to increase fleet vehicle utilization.

  • Optimize Operations: Right Resource, Right Time, Right Place, April 24 at 4 p.m. in Room 213A

In this session presented by Cindy Gomez, vice president of vehicle acquisitions, and Scott Underhill, senior data strategist of fleet professionals, will learn when to cycle vehicles to keep costs down, how to standardize specifications, when to order vehicles, and when bailment pools are the right choice for a fleet.

  • How Low Can You Go? How to Further Reduce Your TCO, April 25 at 10:15 a.m. in Room 210C

John Wuich, CAFM, vice president of business analytics, and a customer will join this panel of experienced fleet professionals to share strategies for lowering fleet expenses even while costs are rising.

  • Excelling as the Strategic Fleet Manager, April 26 at 3:45 p.m. in Room 213A

For this session, John Wuich, CAFM, vice president of business analytics, will moderate while customers offer tips for how fleet managers can think like financial analysts and present executable plans and cost-saving scorecards to their leadership team.
