Denver "Pat" Patrick, retired fleet dealer sales manager, passed away June 5 at his home due to complications from heart and kidney failure. He was 80.

Patrick worked for many years at Leiphart Chevrolet in Decatur, Ga., handling fleet sales and courtesy deliveries. He later moved to a Chevrolet dealer in Nashville where he retired several years ago. Patrick was an active member of AFLA, organizing the Pete Z Golf Scramble for many years. Patrick's first job in the fleet industry was with McCullagh Leasing, which was acquired by General Electric. Patrick was born April 29, 1926, in Rector, Ark. He is survived by his wife, Dot, and two sons and two daughters: Gregg Wyatt Patrick, Stephen Kilgore, Pamela Compton, and Kimberly Pomeroy. His son Denver Patrick preceded him in death. Patrick also had 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
