Nissan's Sentra compact sedan adds enhancements for 2018 including automatic emergency braking and a back-up camera and will retail for $17,875, which is unchanged from 2017.

The new safety features will be standard across the Sentra lineup, which will again include six models — S, SV, SR, SL, SR Turbo, and Nismo. Nissan offers two engines — a 1.8-liter and 1.6-liter — and two transmissions — an Xtronic continuously variable transmission and a six-speed manual — with the Sentra.

The RearView Monitor will display on a 5-inch color screen. Other standard connectivity features include streaming Bluetooth audio and Siri Eyes Free across the lineup.

Other enhancements include dual zone temperature control on SV and above and Intelligent Cruise Control on SR 1.8L and SL grades.
