Gregg Hodgdon was named national fleet manager for Restaurant Technologies in Mendota Heights, Minn. He assumed this position in July.
Restaurant Technologies provides restaurants with oil management systems and operations management technology that measures and monitors oil usage to increase food quality and consistency.
Previously, Hodgdon was director of fleet operations for E.A. Sween Company, where he worked from 1999 to 2017. He managed nationwide fleet operations for private business distributing of Deli Express products, which included management of all fleet financial planning and budget responsibilities, along with fleet compliance with DOT, FSMA, and E-log requirements.
