Octo Telematics has reached 4 million connected users on the road globally, the company has announced.

This announcement comes following a year of new partnerships for Octo, with IBM and The Weather Company for data integration and with General Motors to provide Usage Based Insurance and fleet management solutions to OnStar customers, demonstrating the company’s growing influence in the connected car space.

Driving data is collected in real time through Octo's devices and the mobile solution Octo U.
