Wil-Tow has added a 700 Series High Roof 2848 with Super Tilt trailer, a 500 Series FE 1426 with tilt tray, and a 300 Series 616 fitted with a body for roadside assist duties, according to the truck maker.

Wil-Tow’s Hino fleet has grown to a total of 21 trucks used in its vehicle towing, roadside assist, and machinery transport divisions.

Wil-Tow Director Steve Wilson said Hino trucks are featuring in the company’s expanding fleet because they provide a very important element for running a tow truck business – reliability, according to Hino.

Wil-Tow was established in Toowoomba in 1979 as Wilsons Towing. It now employs 40 tow truck drivers at its depots in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Gympie, Dalby, Chinchilla, Roma and the Sunshine Coast.
