Mazda will unveil a redesigned CX-9 at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month so it can incorporate the latest technology and design into the mid-size SUV, the automaker has announced.

Mazda first introduced the three-row CX-9 for the 2007 model-year and has given the vehicle several facelifts since the 2010-MY. Mazda plans to unveil the next-generation model at the L.A. Auto Show, which runs from November 20 to 29. The automaker has scheduled a press conference for Nov. 18.

The new model will incorporate the latest SkyActive technologies and Mazda's KODO design elements. Mazda is giving the CX-9 "a more premium design execution," according to a release.
