BMW of North America has appointed Andrew Bellenie to the position of key account manager of corporate fleet sales for its Central Region, one of four BMW fleet sales regions.
Bellenie has held a sales role with BMW since 2011. Prior to then, he operated a business in the fishing industry.
Bellenie started his car sales career in the United Kingdom in 1995 at his local BMW dealership. He sold BMW cars until late 2003, when he formed his own business. He moved to the U.S. in 2005 to start a business manufacturing fishing lures.
Bellenie feels his time spent selling BMW automobiles, combined with his knowledge of manufacturing and running his own business, gives him a widely varied amount of experience and business acumen, which, in turn, will help him fulfill his duties in this role, according to BMW.
