Renault introduced its first pickup, the Duster Oroch, at the seventh annual Buenos Aires International Motor Show, which took place from June 19-28.

The Duster Oroch mid-size pickup combines the qualities of a double-cap pickup with the qualities of a compact SUV. With four doors and five seats, the Oroch is set for launch in the second half of 2015 and slots in between half-ton and 1-ton pickups.

“This new model, Renault’s first pickup, is the next step in Renault’s globalization strategy," said Ashwani Gupta, global head of light commercial vehicles. "With the Renault Duster Oroch, the brand is launching its offensive in the competitive pickup segment."

The model will be available in Latin American markets.
