ABRA Auto Body & Glass has acquired six Barrett’s Collision Centers in the South Puget Sound/Tacoma and Olympia areas, along with GW Auto Rebuild in Edmonds, Wash., in two separate transactions.

Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

The expansion, which comes less than two years after ABRA entered the region, increases the company’s repair center portfolio to 264 in 20 states. The continued growth is part of ABRA’s aggressive initiative to increase its national footprint.

“Acquiring these repair centers is another opportunity to solidify our presence in the Pacific Northwest and enhance the success we’ve achieved in the region and across the country,” said Duane Rouse, ABRA’s president and CEO.
