VIDEO: Nissan Titan Truckumentary, Part 2

Nissan will continue to build its next-generation Titan full-size pickup and all of its components, including the new diesel engine, in the U.S.

NIssan will continue to build the Titan at its assembly plant in Canton, Miss., and the truck's V-8 gasoline engine at Nissan's plant in Decherd, Tenn. Nissan is sourcing the new 5.0-liter diesel V-8 from Cummins, which will build the engine at its facility in Columbus, Ind. Nissan has assembled the Titan in Canton since 2003.

"All the aspects of this vehicle are centered around making sure it stays in the U.S. because that's where the expertise is for full-size trucks," said Rich Miller, director of product planning and Titan chief product specialist.
