Acura's bid to reestablish itself in the entry luxury segment has officially begun, as its 2015 TLX sedan has arrived at dealerships. The new vehicle replaces Acura's TL and TSX, which have been phased out.

Acura is offering the TLX with two engine choices, including a 2.4L four-cylinder and 3.5L V-6. The base model TLX with the 2.4L engine starts at $31,890. Adding the Technology Package raises the retail price to $35,920.

The 3.5L TLX starts at $36,115. Adding the Technology Package brings the retail price to $40,145. Adding all-wheel drive brings the price to $42,345. The 3.5L TLX with the Advance Package retails for $43,395. Adding all-wheel drive brings the price to $45,595.

The TLX has also been given EPA fuel economy ratings. The 2.4L model gets 24 mpg city, 35 mpg highway, and 28 mpg combined. The 3.5L model gets 21 mpg, 34 mpg, and 25 mpg in respective driving cycles. The all-wheel-drive model gets 21 mpg, 31 mpg, and 25 mpg.
