Caliber Collision Centers, the largest collision repair company in the U.S., announced it has acquired Haddock Collision Centers in North Carolina and Classic Collision Center in Southern California.

Haddock Collision, an industry leader for more than 40 years in North Carolina, has five locations in the Raleigh area. Classic Collision Center, recognized as one of the premier collision repair companies in Southern California, has four locations in the Los Angeles area.

“Our acquisition of Haddock Collision Centers in North Carolina represents our first of many acquisitions to come in the eastern U.S.,” said Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision CEO. “I am very excited to have Todd McGowan and the entire Haddock Collision organization join forces with Caliber.”

Additionally, Grimshaw offered praise for the Classic Collision management team and welcomed the opportunity to expand Caliber Collision’s presence in Southern California.

“Our acquisition of Classic Collision Center Inc. continues to offer more customer choices in the Southern California market,” Grimshaw said. “After spending time with Classic Collision’s management team, it was obvious that Classic Collision aligns perfectly with Caliber by delivering industry-leading customer satisfaction across all four Los Angeles locations.”

With these latest acquisitions, Caliber now has 177 I-CAR Gold Class Professional certified collision repair centers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas.
